Delivery & Returns

Deliveries

UK Deliveries
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm and will require a signature on delivery (with the added benefit of online tracking)

We also retain the right to use UKMail (in place of Royal Mail Special Delivery where we deem appropriate) and this is a 24 Trackable service and requires a signature on collection.

If you require a specific date for delivery please let us know in advance!

Special Delivery Saturday Guarantee (and UKMail Saturday Delivery) is available only to orders placed before 1pm on a Friday, with an additional charge.

All goods will be sent out within 24 hours of us receiving your order, except for orders received after 3pm on a Saturday, as these will not be processed until the following Tuesday.

Orders for special event days such as; Valentines, Easter, Fathers Day, Christmas etc need to be placed up to 4 working days before the actual event.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day guarantees delivery by 1pm on the next working day to 99% of the country, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Some places take longer to deliver to, but Royal Mail still guarantee delivery within 3 working days by 5.30pm.

International Delivery
All International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For. This is a secure delivery service that requires a signature on delivery. Please be aware that for any items you order, you are liable for any import duty or taxes that your customs may apply.

Please note that any order placed outside of the UK mainland will be processed and despatched at the discretion of Bruno Venezia Ltd. Please make sure the information you provide us with is correct, for us to receive an authorisation from your bank and to keep the process as simple as possible. If the information we receive is incorrect and we are unable to receive authorisation from your bank, then your order will be cancelled and you will be notified immediately as to the reasons why.

Returns

Before you return an item to us, you must first ring us on 01132 636033 Tues- Sat 10am-5pm or email us at brunovenezialtd@aol.com with the subject heading “returns” in order to receive a returns authorisation number. Please also leave a contact name, telephone number and invoice number.

In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to a refund or exchange, if you return the item in perfect condition within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please make sure all labels, tags and packaging are attached and complete. Packages must be returned in the same perfect condition they were sent to you in. If not then a refund or exchange will not be possible. N.B All goods will be inspected before we send them to you and on return from you! We are unable to accept returns after 7 working days from receipt of goods and items returned after this deadline will be returned at the customers’ expense.

For goods returned outside the Distance Selling Regulations we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them via the original method of payment within 10 days of receiving the returned goods! The goods are your responsibility until they reach our premises. Therefore we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods and send them via recorded delivery with a copy of the receipt of postage included in with the return. Please also include the authorisation number we give you in with the return also.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return to us if you are sending an item back for an exchange or refund. 

Please note we cannot accept returns on items smelling of perfume (or otherwise) and for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of underwear or fragrances.

Please note that should you return an item to which our free delivery terms applied, the cost of the postage and packaging will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights!

Christmas Returns Policy

Buy your Christmas Gifts now safe in the knowledge that Our 10 Day Christmas Returns policy does not start until Christmas Day!

All items must be back to us by close of business on Friday 4th January 2013. Items returned after this deadline will be returned at the customers’ expense.

Please make sure all labels, tags and packaging are attached and complete. Items and packages must be returned in the same perfect condition they were sent to you in, if not then a refund or exchange will not be possible.

Items bought through our ebay store will only be eligable for our standard returns policy!
