1. Our Agreement
1.1 In this agreement, we are Bruno Venezia Ltd, 217-219 Stanningley Road, Leeds, LS12 3PL, Yorkshire, UK and you are the person detailed on the order forms.
1.2 Our agreement is made on the date we take payment from you, the details of which you provided on the order form.
1.3 Our agreement includes all correspondence between us and you and the descriptions of the goods provided by us on our website or otherwise.

2. Basis of Sale
2.1 The terms of our agreement with you shall govern our contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions.
2.2 No variation of this agreement shall be binding unless agreed in writing by us.
2.3 Any typographical error or omission in any sales literature, price list, description, acceptance of offer or anything else issued by us,is subject to amendment by us where it is reasonable to do so.
2.4 The pictures on this website may not be a true representation of the item and colours may vary in certain circumstances.
2.5 All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT.
2.6 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability and we reserve the right to decline any order.
2.7 Once you have purchased, you will receive an email of acknowledgement and then a further email will be sent containing dispatch confirmation and tracking information.

3. Risk
3.1 Risk of damage or loss shall pass to you on delivery of goods
3.2 Ownership of goods will not pass to you until payment has cleared in full

4. Force Majeure
4.1 We shall not be liable or in breach of this agreement due to a delay in performing or any failure to perform to perform any of our obligations if the delay was due to something out of our reasonable control:
4.2 Act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident.
4.3 War or threat of war, sabotage, civil unrest.
4.4 Import or export restrictions or embargos
4.5 Strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving our employees or of a 3rd party)
4.6 Acts or laws or restrictions/regulations laid down by government or local authority.
4.7 Power failure or breakdown of machinery.
